The Weekly with Charlie Pickering
''The Weekly with Charlie Pickering'' is an Australian satirical television news programme presented by comedian Charlie Pickering. It co-stars Tom Gleeson and Kitty Flanagan. It premiered on ABC on 22 April 2015 and was signed on for 20 episodes.
On 18 September 2015, the series was renewed for a second season to air in 2016, as well commissioned to air a one-off special titled ''The Yearly'' in December 2015.

The show has been compared to ''Last Week Tonight with John Oliver'', following a similar format.〔 Charlie Pickering delivers a selection of the past week's news stories interspersed with jokes. Most episodes feature an interview with a guest or a cross to an international correspondent. A previously prepared sketch, story or interview is usually presented by Tom Gleeson and Kitty Flanagan. It is pre-recorded in front of an audience in ABC's Melbourne studio on the same day of its airing.
